This piece is about mindfully connecting to the infinite light of love that runs through and around us. Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about how everything is connected, and the thread that makes up the fabric of everything is love. Whether I’m making art, grounding, meditating, connecting with myself, practicing energy medicine, or connecting with a loved one, I’m connecting to Source energy: love. It can sometimes feel nebulous but when I take a step back, I feel the love that I’m connecting to is also part of the love within myself, which is the truest thing I’ve ever known.

Lovelight

You carry your light with a gentle power,

the love glowing softly into forever.

It glimmered on my shadows like starlight,

Helping me see a way back into life.
