I’ve noticed that the more intention I put into being mindful about celebrating, the more opportunities I find to honor and celebrate. I celebrate myself for just being me, when I show up differently in conversations in ways that reflect my growth, when I realized I had finally learned to love myself freely. Celebrating small wins is just as important as the big moments: all of those micro-moments and mini-shifts add up! This piece is about the various parts of life that I love to celebrate: love, connection, family, compassion, presence, growth, gratitude, fun, creativity, Nature, and freedom!
