As a deep feeler and thinker, making artwork is a physical and emotional way to release the unspoken and has opened a world of expression, healing, and growth. My work explores my experiences with loss, grief, healing, and transformation, something personal yet universal.  The pieces are tangible objects that invite viewers to have a conversation with themselves and those around them, helping them feel seen, understood, safe, and connected.  When people are given a space to voice their deepest thoughts without social constructs, shame, or fear, connection and healing can emerge.
